represented by its Managing Director Artur R. Pamin
Email: info@aetek.eu

No data protection officer has been appointed, as the legal requirements for this (Art. 37 GDPR, § 38 BDSG) are not met.
2. Data processing when visiting this website
a. Which data is collected and why?
When you visit this website, the following data is automatically stored temporarily by the web server:
- Date and time of access
- Visitor's IP address
- Host name of the accessing computer
- Page or file requested
- Referring page (referrer URL)
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Notification of successful retrieval
- Volume of data transferred
This data is technically necessary in order to deliver the website and to ensure its security and stability. No personal evaluation or profiling takes place.
b. Legal basis
The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (the website operator's legitimate interest in providing the website securely and functionally).
c. Hosting & processing on our behalf
This website is hosted by checkdomain GmbH, Teerhof 59, 28199 Bremen, Germany. The web host processes the data listed above exclusively as a processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
d. Storage period
The data is deleted automatically as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose. For web access this is generally the case once the session ends. Log files are stored directly for a maximum of 24 hours and permanently deleted after four weeks at the latest.
e. Fonts
The fonts used on this website are loaded locally from our web server. No connection to third-party servers such as Google Fonts is established when the page is opened.
3. Web analytics with Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”).
a. One-time count of your first visit
On your first visit to this website, we send a single page view to Google Analytics to record you as a new visitor with your approximate location (country/city). Immediately afterwards, Google Analytics is switched off again for this page, and the cookies it set are deleted. Further page views or visits are not recorded by this.
b. Ongoing use
For any use of Google Analytics beyond this one-time count, we obtain your consent in advance via the cookie banner. If you consent, Google Analytics remains active for the rest of your visit and on future visits, until you withdraw your consent.
c. Purpose and data processed
Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use our website so that we can improve its content and structure. The data processed includes the pages visited, time spent, approximate location (country/region), device, browser and operating system, and the source of the visit. IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4. Google Signals and personalised advertising features are disabled.
d. Cookies
Once you have consented to ongoing use, Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_<ID> in order to distinguish returning visits. They are stored for up to 2 years unless you delete them beforehand or withdraw your consent. For the one-time count of your first visit (see a.), these cookies are deleted again immediately afterwards.
e. Legal basis
The one-time count of your first visit (a.) is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest in meaningful traffic measurement (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Any use of Google Analytics beyond that (b.) is carried out on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG.
f. Recipients and transfers to third countries
Google processes the data as a processor. A transfer to Google LLC in the USA cannot be ruled out. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; to that extent an adequacy decision of the EU Commission pursuant to Art. 45 GDPR exists for the USA.
g. Storage period
The event data stored in Google Analytics is deleted automatically after 14 months.
h. Objection and withdrawal
You may object to the ongoing use at any time with effect for the future, or withdraw your consent, by opening the cookie settings and selecting “Only necessary”. The Google Analytics cookies are deleted in the process. Your choice itself is stored in your browser's local storage so that the banner does not reappear on every visit. The one-time count of your first visit cannot be undone retroactively.
4. Contacting us by email or contact form
If you contact us by email or via the contact form, we process your details in order to handle your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions.
Contact form:
Name, email address and your message are mandatory; company and telephone number are optional. On submission the details are transmitted to our web server in encrypted form (HTTPS) and forwarded from there to us by email. They are not stored on the web server itself. To prevent automated spam submissions we check technically whether a field invisible to humans was filled in and how quickly the form was submitted; no additional personal data is collected in the process. We also limit the number of submissions per internet connection (at most five per hour). For this the web server creates, for at most one hour, a marker file containing only a non-reversible hash of your IP address and the times of the most recent submissions; it is then deleted automatically. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in protecting against abuse).
Recipients:
Messages are sent via the servers of our hosting provider checkdomain GmbH (see section 2c), which acts as a processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
Legal basis:
Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract, or performance of a contract)
or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient communication)
Storage period:
We delete your details once your enquiry has been dealt with conclusively, unless statutory retention obligations (for example under commercial or tax law, up to ten years) prevent this.
Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.
5. Rights of data subjects
Under the GDPR you have the following rights:
- Access pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR
- Rectification pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR
- Erasure pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR
- Restriction of processing pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR
- Data portability pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR (where technically feasible)
- Objection to processing pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR
- Withdrawal of consent given pursuant to Art. 7(3) GDPR
Right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority, for example with:
Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA)
Promenade 27, 91522 Ansbach, Germany

6. Right to object pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR
You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data which is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
We will then no longer process your personal data unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing.
